*Early Bird Registration fees are available up until Wednesday 31 July 2019.
*Full Registration fees are available from Thursday 1 August 2019 to Monday 26 August 2019.
*Late Registration fees are available from Tuesday 27 August 2019 to Tuesday 10 September 2019.

Conditions of Registration
Full payment MUST be received prior to the conference. The 2019 Australia and New Zealand Rhinologic Society Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the conference after submitting a registration form, are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Consec - Conference and Event Management in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $110.00 (AUD$) including GST will be made on or before 16 August 2019.
NO refunds will be made to anything after 16 August 2019.
All refunds prior to 16 August 2019 will be made after the conference. Any changes made to a registration within seven (7) days of the conference will incur a $40.00 administrative fee.
